On Wednesday, January 22, students and teachers from grades Kindergarten - 8th gathered in the Church for a day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Children.

Catholic Schools Week will be celebrated from Sunday, January 26 - Friday, January 31. It is a time where the school community appreciates an education centered in Christ and reflects on our Catholic identity. Holy Cross School plans to participate by holding many exciting activities.

On Thursday, December 12, Holy Cross School honored Our Lady of Guadalupe.

On October 27, Holy Cross School participated in a Family Mass in our Church followed by a special Hispanic Heritage Celebration in the school gymnasium.

On October 24, 2024, students in grades Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd took a field trip to Queens County Farm Museum.

Holy Cross School's teachers and staff participated in the Latino Enrollment Institute held at Cardinal Spellman High School on October 23, 2024.

On October 15, our 8th Graders took a special fieldtrip to Manhattan. There, they visited the Hayden Planetarium and participated in a special Eucharistic Procession held at St. Patrick's Cathedral.
